【摘要】:ISO14327:2004specifiesproceduresfordeterminingtheweldabilitylobeforproducingqualitywelds.Thetestsareusedinparticulartodeterminetheweldabilitylobeforcoated/uncoatedsteels,stainlesssteelsandaluminiumanditsalloysbutmayalsobeusedforothermetallicmaterials.Theaimofthisprocedureistoallowdeterminationoftherangeofweldingparameterswhichgiverisetoanacceptableweldqualityasdefinedwithinpreciselimits.Theprocedurecanbeusedtodetermine:Theinfluenceofelectrodematerial,electrodeshapeanddimensionsontheavailableweldingrangeforaparticularmaterialandweldingmachine.Theinfluenceofmaterialtypeandthicknessontheavailableweldingrangewhenusingaparticularcombinationofweldingelectrodesandweldingmachine.Theinfluenceofweldingmachinetype,orelectrodecoolingontheavailableweldingrangeforaparticularmaterialusingaparticularelectrodeshape.Theavailableweldingrangeinaproductionsituation.
