【摘要】:?anEHR_EXTRACTforagivensubjectofcareasdefinedinISO13606-1;?oneormoreARCHETYPE(s)asdefinedinISO13606-2;?anEHR_AUDIT_LOG_EXTRACTforagivensubjectofcareasdefinedinISO/TS13606-4.ThispartofISO13606definesthesetofinteractionsforrequestingeachoftheseartefacts,andforprovidingthedatatotherequestingpartyordecliningtherequest.AninterfacetoqueryanEHRorpopulationsofEHRs,forexampleforclinicalauditorresearch,arebeyonditsscope,althoughprovisionismadeforcertainselectioncriteriatobespecifiedwhenrequestinganEHR_EXTRACTwhichmightalsoserveforpopulationqueries.ThispartofISO13606definestheComputationalViewpointforeachinterface,withoutspecifyingorrestrictingparticularengineeringapproachestoimplementtheseasmessagesorasserviceinterfaces.ThispartofISO13606effectivelydefinesthepayloadtobecommunicatedateachinterface.Itdoesnotspecifytheparticularinformationthatdifferenttransportprotocolswilladditionallyrequire,northesecurityorauthenticationproceduresthatmightbeagreedbetweenthecommunicatingpartiesorrequiredbydifferentjurisdictions.
