【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60947appliestothetypesofequipmentlistedin1.1and1.2whosemaincontactsareintendedtobeconnectedtocircuitstheratedvoltageofwhichdoesnotexceed1000Va.c.or1500Vd.c.Startersand/orcontactorsdealtwithinthisstandardarenotnormallydesignedtointerruptshort-circuitcurrents.Therefore,suitableshort-circuitprotection(see9.3.4)shallformpartoftheinstallationbutnotnecessarilyofthecontactororthestarter.Inthiscontext,thisstandardgivesrequirementsfor:-contactorsassociatedwithoverloadand/orshort-circuitprotectivedevices;-startersassociatedwithseparateshort-circuitprotectivedevicesand/orwithseparateshort-circuitandintegratedoverloadprotectivedevices;-contactorsorstarterscombined,underspecifiedconditions,withtheirownshort-circuitprotectivedevices.Suchcombinations,e.g.combinationstarters(see3.2.7)orprotectedstarters(see3.2.8)areratedasunits.Circuit-breakersandfuse-combinationunitsusedasshort-circuitprotectivedevicesincombinationstartersandinprotectedstartersshallcomplywiththerequirementsofIEC60947-2andIEC60947-3,asthecasemaybe.Equipmentcoveredbythisstandardisasfollows.1ACandd.c.contactorsACandd.c.contactorsintendedforclosingandopeningelectriccircuitsand,ifcombinedwithsuitablerelays(see1.2),forprotectingthesecircuitsagainstoperatingoverloadswhichmayoccurtherein.NOTEContactorscombinedwithsuitablerelaysandwhichareintendedtoprovideshort-circuitprotectionshalladditionallysatisfytherelevantconditionsspecifiedforcircuit-breakers(IEC60947-2).Thisstandardappliesalsototheactuatorsofcontactorrelaysandtothecontactsdedicatedexclusivelytothecoilcircuitofacontactor.2ACmotor-startersACmotor-startersintendedtostartandacceleratemotorstonormalspeed,toensurecontinuousoperationofmotors,toswitchoffthesupplyfromthemotorandtoprovidemeansfortheprotectionofmotorsandassociatedcircuitsagainstoperatingoverloads.StarterstheoperationofwhichdependsonthermalelectricalrelaysformotorprotectioncomplyingwithIEC60255-8,ormotor-incorporatedthermalprotectivedevicesdealtwithinIEC60034-11donotnecessarilymeetalltherelevantrequirementsofthisstandard.Overloadrelaysforstarters,includingthosebasedonsolidstatetechnology,shallmeettherequirementsofthisstandard.2.1Direct-on-line(fullvoltage)a.c.startersDirect-on-linestartersintendedtostartandaccelerateamotortonormalspeed,toprovidemeansfortheprotectionofthemotoranditsassociatedcircuitsagainstoperatingoverloads,andtoswitchoffthesupplyfromthemotor.Thisstandardappliesalsotoreversingstarters.2.2Reducedvoltagea.c.startersReducedvoltagea.c.startersintendedtostartandaccelerateamotortonormalspeedbyconnectingthelinevoltageacrossthemotorterminalsinmorethanonesteporbygraduallyincreasingthevoltageappliedtotheterminals,toprovidemeansfortheprotectionofthemotoranditsassociatedcircuitsagainstoperatingoverloads,andtoswitchoffthesupplyfromthemotor.Automaticchange-overdevicesmaybeusedtocontrolthesuccessiveswitchingoperationsfromonesteptotheothers.Suchautomaticchange-overdevicesare,forexample,time-delaycontactorrelaysorspecifiedtimeall-or-nothingrelays,under-currentdevicesandautomaticaccelerationcontroldevices(see5.10).2.2.1Star-deltastartersStar-deltastartersintendedtostartathree-phasemotorinthestarconnection,toensurecontinuousoperationinthedeltaconnection,toprovidemeansfortheprotectionofthemotoranditsassociatedcircuitsagainstoperatingoverloads,andtoswitchoffthesupplyfromthemotor.Thestar-deltastartersdealtwithinthisstandardarenotintendedforreversing
