【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesamethodforthedeterminationofochratoxinAincerealbasedfoodsforinfantsandyoungchildrenbyhighperformanceliquidchromatography(HPLC)withimmunoaffinitycolumncleanupandfluorescencedetection.Thismethodhasbeenvalidatedinaninterlaboratorystudyviatheanalysisofbothnaturallycontaminatedandspikedsamplesrangingfrom0,050μg/kgto0,217μg/kg.ForfurtherinformationonthevalidationseeClause8andAnnexB.Additionalstudieshaveshownthatthismethodisapplicabletocerealbasedbabyfoodscontaining8differenttypesofcereals,honeyandcocoa,atlevelsupto3,540μg/kg,seeAnnexCand[6].
