【摘要】:Thedeterminationofthecarbonylcontentofpolymerization-grade1,3-butadieneisnecessary,sinceinsomepolymerizationreactions,thepresenceofcarbonylsinexcessoversomespecifiedamountcanhaveadeleteriouseffectuponthepolymerpropertiesorthereactionitself,orboth.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofcarbonyls(ketonesandaldehydes)inC4hydrocarbons.Thistestmethodwastestedonpolymerization-grade1,3-butadiene.1.2Theapplicablerangeforthistestmethodis0to50mg/kgcarbonylscalculatedasacetaldehyde.1.3OtherC4hydrocarbonsandtheirmixturesbesidespolymerization-grade1,3-butadienecouldbetestedusingthissametestmethod.However,theprecisionsectionofthistestmethodcoversonlycarbonylsinapplicablerangeaslistedin,asfoundinpolymerization-grade1,3-butadiene.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
