【摘要】:ThispartofEN12923specifiesguidelinestobeemployedwhenundertakingcorrosiontestsonadvancedtechnicalceramics.Themechanismsofchemicalattackonadvancedceramicsarewidelyvariedanddependonthechemicalandphasecompositionandthephasemorphologyofthematerial,aswellasthecorrosiveconditionsimposed.Foranyparticularengineeringapplicationitisusuallynecessarytomodelexpectedconditionsofuseinordertoobtainquantitativedataontheabilitytowithstandtheproposedend-useconditions.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotrestrictedtospecificmaterialtypes,nordoesitprescribeparticulartestconditionsoratestduration.Theactualtestingrequirementsmightbeveryspecific,forexample,inordertoinvestigatethesuitabilityofarangeofmaterialsforagivenapplicationinwhichcertainspecifiedconditionsoccur.ThisEuropeanStandardprovidesrecommendedmethodsforundertakingtheassessmentoftheeffectofcorrosionandprovidesguidanceonpracticalissuesrelatedtoundertakingthetests.

【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiesteststodemonstratethatcomponentsandsub-assemblieswillnotbeadverselyaffectedbycontaminatingfluidstowhichtheymaybeexposed.Thefluidslistedarerepresentativeofthosecommonlyusedandencounteredinairborneandgroundoperations,andalignwiththerequirementsofSection11–FluidssusceptibilityofISO7137.Fluidsnotlisted,andforwhichatestisrequired,shouldbeincludedintheproductstandards.Thesetestsarenotintendedtodemonstratethesuitabilityofcomponentsandsub-assembliestoperformincontinuouscontactwithafluide.g.onanimmersedfuelpump,noraretheyteststodemonstrateimmunityfromelectrolyticcorrosion.ItshallbeusedtogetherwithTR4542.
