【摘要】:ThisdocumentdescribestherequirementsforandmethodsoftestingoforganicliningswhichareappliedtometallicprocessengineeringequipmentthatwillcomeincontactwithchemicalsubstancesTherequirementsspecifiedheremaybeusedforthepurposesofqualitycontrol(e.g.asagreedbetweenthecontractpartners.Thestandardappliestoliningswhichserveoneormoreofthefollowingpurposes:--toprotectthecomponentfromadverseeffectsofaggressivesubstances;--toprotectwaters(e.g.groundwater)fromharmfulsubstances;--toprotectthechargefrombecomingcontaminatedbycomponentsreleasedfromthesubstratematerial;--toachieveaparticularsurfacequality.Thisstandardappliestovessels,apparatus,pipingpartsandothercomponentsforprocessplantsmadeofmetallicsubstratematerialswhichareincontactwithmediaandareprovidedwithasurfaceprotectionmadeofa)prefabricated,naturalorsyntheticrubberbasedsheeting(subsequentlynamedrubberlining),tobeappliedintheworkshoporonsite;b)prefabricated,phenolformaldehydeorepoxyresinbasedsheeting(subsequentlynamedduroplasticlin-ing),tobeappliedintheworkshoponly;c)prefabricated,thermoplasticproducts(e.g.foils,sheeting,plates,pipes)(subsequentlynamedthermo-plasticlining),tobeappliedintheworkshoporonsite.Thestandardspecifiestherequirements,acceptanceinspection,packaging,transport,storageandinstallationoforganicliningsformetallicmaterials.Thetestsdescribedinthisstandardareintendedforverificationofthesuitabilityofsheetingusedforliningsandforacceptanceinspectiontobecarriedoutontheproductsduringorafterapplicationoftheliningoraspartofroutineinspectionstodetermineanychangeseffectedintheliningduringservice.

本标准适用于石灰氮、水、抓代甲酸甲醋反应得氛胺基甲酸甲醋(包括先过滤及后过滤工艺)，与邻苯二胺缩合所制得的多菌灵原药.
